Hiring Hub

Hiring Hub is a recruitment marketplace disrupting the traditional recruitment agency/candidate hiring model.

The Challenge

When jobs are posted to the Hiring Hub site by SMEs and HR managers, they generate fees for recruitment agencies, which in turn creates revenue for Hiring Hub. Hiring Hub had scaled the ‘supply’ side of their marketplace by filling it with a sufficient number of recruitment agencies. They now needed to increase ‘demand’ by ensuring that enough SMEs and HR managers were using the platform. 

Hiring Hub had already invested in a range of marketing tactics, none of which had achieved the results they were seeking. The business needed a full strategic review in order to identify a scalable and repeatable approach to marketing.

My response

In collaboration with the Hiring Hub team, I mapped out a holistic overview of the existing marketing and sales strategy. From there, I identified where adjustments could be made in order to facilitate and accelerate results. 

I also worked closely with Hiring Hub’s marketing manager in order to progress their professional development; to ensure that they bought into the new strategic changes; and to ensure that they felt supported in reaching their potential within the role. 

The results
